His lips quirked, and he touched both her hands. “Is that a threat, Ms. Darling?” He’d show her who was in charge; he’d throw her on the bed and devour her—pleasurably, of course. His fingertips skimmed the hollow of her wrist. “Because I expect people who make threats to follow through.”

Her hands retreated. “Do I look like a threat?”

December 28th, 2015 marks the release day of The Fool, a paranormal romance prologue to the Games We Play serial. From December 28th to January 28th, The Fool will be free on Smashwords and its premium retailers. After, the novella will be on sale for $0.99 on all major ebook distributors.

To celebrate the release, I have a release day/ARC tour planned with Book Enthusiast Promotions. I’ve worked with them before for pretty much every book tour/review tour/whatever, and I’m always thrilled with the results.

Release Day: It Begins Here & ‘Til Death

Today is the release day of It Begins Here, a multi-genre anthology that I was fortunate enough to contribute to. It really touched me to have a group of people who expressed an interest in and encouraged me to write something in the Lovers and Liars universe. I had such a great time diving deeper into my little world, because I wouldn’t have thought to do it without the little prompting.

In fact, this experience has encouraged me to expand and explore other stories with different global deities. After the release of the third Lovers and Liars book next year, I’m hoping to put out a novella featuring Artemis and Apollo, but also some Mayan and Celtic gods we don’t always hear about. The novella will be happening in tandem with Loki and Aphrodite’s story, and I’m beyond excited to work on it. I can’t wait to share both installments with you.
