I was really into this for about half (?) of the book. When it became clear that all the hints at some sort of Dom/sub relationships were just that — hints — I kind of checked out a bit. I found all the sex scenes to be repetitive, while other scenes went on for way, way too long. Like pages of a conversation that slowed the plot. I enjoyed the heroine, but Alexander was a bit too melodramatic for me. Overall, it was an okay read that I think fans of the royal romance thing might enjoy.
