I’m not huge on poetry. I don’t write it in my free time, but I did dabble when I was forced to in one of my writing classes in university. And for once, I don’t hate it. So, here we go, for all of youuuuu! A poem inspired by my high school costume room — aka The Holy Land.
It took a long time, but we finally got there. The Maenad of Manhattan finally has its official paperback version, now available through Createspace on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. You can get this steamy novella, the start of the Lovers and Liars serial, for $5.98 (US) on Amazon, and get short story ‘Til Death, a Lovers and Liars prequel, included.

Blurb:
The glory days of Ancient Greece are long gone, and the gods of the Old World are scattered across the globe. As their popularity dwindles, as their worshipers forget, their power fades. Luckily for Aphrodite, she’s a household name. After all, how could anyone ever forget the Greek goddess of Love?
Unfortunately, no one seems to know or care about her divinity. In a world of skeptics and technology-crazed mortals, loneliness and boredom have taken hold. Her life consists of romance advice columns, martini bars, and flings with empty-headed men—until she meets Loki.
She’s intrigued: it’s been decades—centuries even—since she laid eyes on another god, particularly one outside her pantheon. In their short—albeit incredibly sexy—time together, she realizes just how much she needs the companionship of one of her own. Loki, however, seems more interested in catching a murderous maenad than swapping stories about the old days.
Can she convince Loki to stay and make her life a little less lonely, or will he persuade her to join him on his quest for more worshipers? His questionable tactics make her uneasy, but how can she turn down the opportunity to live as she once did: freely, powerfully, and lustfully as Aphrodite of Olympus.

Although it’s a few weeks late thanks to a glorious concussion I received from a work injury, I’m finally launching my Erotic Short Shorts series. Based on single word prompts, I’m writing erotic short stories that span across all erotic romance sub-genres, each with the potential to turn into something longer with enough reader insistence.
The first in the series is a contemporary erotic romance titled Happy Hour. It’s a standalone, complete erotic short with more character feels than I intended to include. It goes live Sunday, February 28th, 2016 on Amazon. You’ll be able to add it to your Goodreads TBR by the end of this week.
As it will be exclusively available on Amazon, you’ll be able to snag freebie deals and such. I am always open, however, to providing review copies.
But for now, here’s the gorgeous cover I purchased from Alexis at Cover Couture.
Since I shared it on my twitter, I figured why not share it here too? Back when I was trying to figure out my cover art for The Fool, I thought I might attempt to make it myself. You know. Save some money. Practice my limited skills.
Initially I was working with an image of a woman in a sheer mask, who eventually became my model for Delia’s mask. However, as my man so lovingly put it:
It looks like you just took a stock image and added text on it.
Which I did. But I didn’t want it to look like that was all I did…
